UPDATE - Wednesday, October 21: Safe Travels!

UPDATE:

We wish you safe travels on your journey to Paris! Here are a few things to know for your arrival to France:

  • In addition to your passport book, we recommend bringing a copy of your passport.
  • Upon arrival in Paris, guests will pass through immigration where passports will be checked and stamped before entering the baggage area. The belt number where your luggage will appear is displayed on screens inside the baggage claim area.
  • Airport staff might pull bags from the belt, so be sure to check both on and off the belt for your luggage.
  • Trolleys are available for your luggage. Once you have collected all your luggage, you can proceed to the customs area.
  • Upon entering the main arrivals hall, you will be met by uniformed staff with Coburn Supply signs, and directed to awaiting vehicles.
  • Transfer time to the hotel can range from approximately 35-60 minutes.
  • The official hotel check-in time is 4 pm, but the hotel will make every effort to have rooms available earlier.
  • Upon arrival at the Hotel du Collectionneur, you will be greeted by your Coburn’s hosts at check-in. A credit card is required for incidentals at check-in. Please have your passport handy for ID verification.
  • The hotel will store your luggage until your room is available so you can explore. Please take advantage of the Welcome Walking tour of Paris; details can be found in your itinerary.
  • The Welcome Reception and Dinner, including a Vendor Meet & Greet, will take place Thursday, April 3rd from 6:30 – 9:30 pm in the Queen Mary room. The evening includes delicious cocktails and food, wonderful entertainment, and great Coburn Supply camaraderie! Attire is Smart Casual.

Paris Fact of the Day: Paris is often called the City of Lights, not only because of its dazzling landmarks but also because it was one of the first cities in the world to have streetlights.
